Free delivery in France
All orders placed in France are shipped free of charge. There are no additional charges for the delivery of your order.

Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to follow the status of your delivery here.
Lost or missing parcels
If a parcel is not delivered or is lost, please contact our customer service department immediately. In collaboration with our delivery partners, we will look into the problem and, if necessary, send a replacement parcel or arrange a refund. For more information, see our returns and refunds policy.
Change of address
If the address needs to be changed, please email our customer service team at support@grantandellis.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before closing time.
Not at home
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to you again or leave it at a nearby collection point. You will receive a message telling you where and when you can pick up the parcel.
Refusal of delivery
If an order is refused upon delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping.
